How fast will I get an alert?
Usually within minutes of the listing going live. The exact time depends on the marketplace, but AutoPing is built for speed. That is the whole point.
Is AutoPing free?
Yes, you can start for free, and you don't need a card. The free plan includes 1 saved filter. Paid plans add more filters and start at 4.99€ per month.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Download the app, create an account and set up your first filter for free.
What can I filter by?
Marketplace, make, model, year, price, mileage, fuel type and more. You can save several filters and run them at the same time, for example one for each model you buy.
Does AutoPing tell me if a car is underpriced?
You decide what a good deal is. Set the price range you would buy at, and AutoPing alerts you the moment a car in that range appears, so you see it before other buyers do.

Will I catch every listing?
We monitor the marketplaces continuously and work to catch every new listing as fast as possible. But marketplaces can change their websites or delay listings, so we can't promise that every single listing will be caught, or caught within a set time.
Can I use AutoPing on my computer?
AutoPing is currently a mobile app for iOS and Android, so alerts come straight to your phone, wherever you are.
Is AutoPing connected to mobile.de, AutoScout24 or the other marketplaces?
No. AutoPing is an independent service. We show publicly available listings and link you to the original listing, and you contact the seller on the marketplace as usual.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are requested through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or Google Play for Android. If you're in the EU, you may also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Terms of Service.
Can you add a marketplace I use?
Yes, tell us which one at info@scrapeunblocker.com. We prioritise new marketplaces by user demand.
What data do you collect, and how do I delete my account?
We only collect what we need to send you alerts: your email address, your saved filters and your subscription status. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing us. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
