Terms of Service

AutoPing monitors publicly available vehicle listings on third-party online marketplaces and notifies you when a listing matches the filters you saved.

AutoPing is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the marketplaces we monitor. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the sources of listings.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must give a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it.

Free plan. You can use the Service for free within the limits shown in the app. We may change these limits.

Paid plans. Paid plans are sold as in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period and included features are shown in the app and in the store before you buy. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period.

Payments and refunds. Apple or Google processes your payment, and their terms and refund policies apply to it. Request refunds through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. Deleting the app or your AutoPing account does not cancel a store subscription.

Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, you will be notified in advance through the store or the app. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because paid features start immediately at your request, you may have to pay for the part of the service you already received, as far as the law allows. To withdraw, request a refund through Apple or Google Play, or contact us.

• The speed and completeness of alerts depend on the marketplaces, which can change their websites, delay listings or restrict access at any time. We work to deliver alerts as fast as possible, but we do not guarantee that every matching listing is detected or that an alert arrives within a specific time.
• Listings are created by third parties. We do not check and are not responsible for their accuracy, the condition, history or legal status of any vehicle, its price or its availability.
• We are not a party to any deal between you and a seller. Check the vehicle and the seller yourself before you pay or commit to anything.
• The set of supported marketplaces may change. We may add new marketplaces or stop supporting one when it is no longer technically or legally possible.

When using the Service, you must not:

• break any law or the rights of others;
• copy, resell, redistribute or publish alerts or listing data at scale, or offer them as your own service;
• scrape, decompile, reverse engineer or try to access the Service's source code, systems or data in ways we have not made available to you;
• overload, disrupt or try to bypass the security or usage limits of the Service;
• use the Service to spam, harass or deceive sellers or other people.

When you contact sellers, follow the rules of the marketplace where the listing was published.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The Service, the apps, their design and their content (excluding third-party listings) belong to UAB Unblockify or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply. Listing content belongs to the marketplaces and the people who published it.

We are constantly improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that substantially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel. Where the law requires it, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app, or by emailing info@scrapeunblocker.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. Unless the situation is urgent, we will tell you why in advance. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of a paid plan where the law requires it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, lost opportunities or indirect damages. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@scrapeunblocker.com and we will try to solve it. Consumers can also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, www.vvtat.lt).

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and UAB Unblockify, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, UAB Unblockify, not Apple, is responsible for handling the claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
